Memorable events always happen at the Celebration Barn!
Nestled in the rolling hills just south of Des Moines this historic and
unique facility is the perfect location for your next special event. The
Celebration Barn at Cumming Orchard provides a peaceful and rustic
setting for weddings, receptions and business functions. Space for up to
400 guests, a full catering kitchen and a beautiful view of the grounds
are sure to make you experience both successful and memorable.
The Celebration Barn provides:
A full kitchen, including a
commercial refrigerator, commercial freezer, ice maker, coffee machines,
warming platters, a microwave and stove.
Two levels of available space
the main floor (115ft by 35ft) will accommodate 300 people and the lower
level (65ft by 35ft) will accommodate 100 people.
Air conditioning and heat
available on both levels.
Restroom facilities on both
levels.
Twenty-two eight-foot
rectangular tables and twenty five-foot round tables included in the
rental.
Over 300 folding chairs are
included in the rental.
CD music system with PA.
A gazebo for relaxing or that
perfect photo opportunity.
Ample electrical outlets for
podiums, DJs and the like.
Outdoor space available for
weddings and company picnics at no additional charge.
A parking lot to accommodate 100
vehicles.
Wine, beer and champagne are
allowed, but may not be sold on the premises.
Small bar area with a double
tower triple keg cooler.
RATES
$300 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date. This does go
toward the rental fee.
$200 Cleaning/damage deposit is required in addition to the rental fee.
This will be returned provided there is no damage and the cleaning is
completed.

LOCATION
I-35 south to the Cumming/Norwalk exit (#65), turn left (east) on
Cumming Avenue (Highway g-14) and go 2.5 miles. The Celebration Barn is
located on the north side of the highway -2225 Cumming Avenue.
